2001-2005: Vice President AICE <\/strong>(Italian Association of Economic Engineering). The Association’s main statutory aim is the development of Economic Engineering in all its characteristic contents.<\/p>\n

2002-2004: Board member <\/strong>of Tangenziali Esterne di Milano S.p.A.<\/strong>, Milan. The company’s purpose is the construction and management of Milan’s external ring roads.<\/p>\n

2004-2008: Chairman <\/strong>of Magic S.p.A.<\/strong>, Parma, a company producing animal feed.<\/p>\n

2009-2012: Chairman <\/strong>of Interphoton S.r.l.<\/strong>, Bologna, a company that has built 5 MW of photovoltaic plants in Puglia through the following companies of which he was Chairman: Seaf Uno S.r.l., Seaf Due S.r.l., Seaf Quattro S.r.l. Seaf Cinque S.r.l. all based in Coriano (RN).<\/p>\n

2009-2013: Chairman <\/strong>of Interenergia S.p.A.<\/strong>, Bologna, a company that has built 9 MW of photovoltaic plants in the Marche region through the following companies of which he was Chairman: Interenergia Quattro S.r.l., Fano Solar 1 S.r.l., Fano Solar 2 S.r.l., Notaresco Solar S.r.l. Sant’Omero Solar S.r.l. all based in Bologna.<\/p>\n

2010-2012: President <\/strong>of Intersolar Piemonte S.r.l.<\/strong>, Bologna, a company that has built 4 MW of photovoltaic plants in the province of Cuneo.<\/p>\n

2010-2012: Sole Director <\/strong>of Solar Energy Parks S.r.l.<\/strong>, Voghiera (FE), a company that has built 1.5 MW of photovoltaic plants in the Marche region.<\/p>\n

Among its main investments are Atitech S.p.A., a company formerly part of the Alitalia group, which operates in the short\/medium haul aircraft maintenance sector and Medsolar S.p.A., a photovoltaic panel production company.<\/p>\n

2012-2013: Sole Director <\/strong>of General Contractor Energie Rinnovabili S.r.l.<\/strong>, Bologna, a company dedicated to the construction of turnkey photovoltaic systems for third parties.<\/p>\n

From September 2020 to December 2023, he has been Managing Director <\/strong>of Artisa Finanz AG<\/strong>, a Swiss financial advisory company belonging to the Artisa AG Group, a leading Swiss real estate development company with a pan-European presence.<\/p>\n

Since September 2023 he has been Off-Counsel of the international law firm Grimaldi Alliance,<\/strong> present in 85 cities worldwide with more than 500 professionals. <\/span>He has specific expertise in banking and finance law, derivative contracts and structured finance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the course of several years, he oversaw the historic restoration and renovation of the 18th-century Villa Contessa Massari<\/strong><\/a> and its stables in Ferrara, with the assistance of Arch.
